By creating an account or using LucreMaven AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. What LucreMaven AI is — and isn't
LucreMaven AI is an educational and informational personal finance management tool. It helps you track your finances, understand your financial position, and explore "what if" scenarios using standard rules of thumb (e.g. the 25x retirement rule, the 50/30/20 budgeting framework).
LucreMaven AI is NOT:
- A SEBI-registered investment adviser, and nothing in the app constitutes personalised investment advice.
- A substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
- A guarantee of any financial outcome, projection, or calculation shown in the app.
All AI-generated content (AI Coach, Financial Health Score, AI Financial Roadmap, Life Event Simulator, Financial Personality) is illustrative and educational, based on the data you provide and standard financial heuristics — not a recommendation tailored by a licensed professional. For decisions with real financial consequences, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser, a chartered accountant, or another qualified professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LucreMaven AI. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@lucremavenai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The accuracy of every calculation in the app (net worth, savings rate, retirement projections, budget status, and so on) depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. We are not responsible for decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate data you've provided.
5. Subscriptions & billing
At launch, LucreMaven AI is free to use. Once a paid tier goes live, this section will be updated to cover subscription details, billing cycle, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund policy — and you'll be notified before being charged for the first time.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use LucreMaven AI to: violate any law, attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer or scrape the app, upload malicious files, or use the AI Coach to generate content unrelated to its intended financial-education purpose in a way that abuses the service.
7. Disclaimers
LucreMaven AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, projection, or AI-generated insight will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Markets, tax rules, and personal circumstances change — figures like projected retirement corpus or investment growth assumptions are illustrative estimates, not guarantees.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LucreMaven AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including financial decisions made based on information shown in the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using LucreMaven AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
